Why yes, yes I am. The summer has been ridiculous, but a good ridiculous. I'm working a few jobs, including an internship AND taking an online class, which at the moment I am so very behind on. I'm interning with a wedding photographer and so far it's fantastic. I'm loving it, because instead of working my butt off on stuff I don't want to do and then get a letter grade back for, I actually get paid money. Thus, my motivation is high and I'm much busier and happier than I was this past semester. June was lovely, I caught up with wonderful friends back home, started my jobs, and took plenty of pictures. The best weekend yet was this past one, when I got to spend it in Chapel Hill with my best friends of 9 years. I took a ton of photos, but they all ended up being of the food we ate. And the food was delish. Here's a summary:
First we made brownies and drank wine.
Then we melted sugar and made salted caramel.
It ended up being awesome.
Then we got coffee. It didn't taste very good.
But then I stirred it up and it was tasty.
And they had cool cups.
And Sarah showed up!
And then we talked about boobs?
Then we made black bean burgers with avocado and sweet potato fries. With more wine.
And then it looked kinda like this.

And then we watched this really attractive silver fox on TV. And drank more wine.
And then we got cupcakes and gelato from Sugarland.
And put the caramel on brownies.
And then made a really big breakfast before we left on sunday.
And then we watched this and drank more wine.
Writing this is making me have a food baby. At least we ran once.
